毫米波穴位辐照联合音乐治疗对癌症患者治疗期间生活质量的影响

Music therapy combined with millimeter wave acupoint-radiation therapy for cancer patients to improve their quality of life

目的探讨毫米波穴位辐照联合音乐治疗对癌症患者生活质量的影响。方法收集癌症患者共66例,分为实验组35例和对照组31例;实验组患者在放疗或化疗期间接受毫米波穴位辐照联合音乐治疗,对照组实行常规放疗或化疗配合音乐治疗;治疗前应用卡氏功能量表（karnofsky performance status,KPS）评定2组患者功能状况,并在干预前后应用（quality of life questionnair,QLQ-C30）进行测量,评估2组患者生活质量的各项指标。结果治疗后实验组患者疼痛、便秘情况显著改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,情绪功能、总体健康状况亦显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用毫米波穴位辐照联合音乐治疗能有效提高癌症患者在放、化疗期间的总体健康状况,减轻疼痛,改善情绪功能和消化功能,提高生活质量。

Objective In order to know the effects of music therapy combined with millimeter wave acupoint-radition therapy for cancer patients to improve their quality of life. Methods Divided 66 cancer patients into the experimental group（35 cases） and the control group（31 cases）. Routine chemotherapy combined with music therapy was used in control group, while the music therapy combined with millimeter wave acupoint-radition therapy was used in the xperimental group. Evaluated general condition for all the patients in two groups before the intervention by Karnofsky Performance Status, and then evaluated the quality of life of all patients by Quality of Life Questionnaire after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the cancer related pains and astriction in the experimental group were improved significantly than those in control group, P〈0.01. The emotional function and general healthy conditions in the experimental group were greatly better than those in control group , P〈0.05. Conclusion Music therapy combined with millimeter wave acupoint-radiation therapy can effectively release the pains and improve the emotional conditions for cancer patients, and then improve their quality of life.
