摘要
目的调查在经济文化较落后的民族地区开办英语护理专业本科教育的实践成果。方法针对大学英语四六级考试成绩、医学基础课、专业基础课成绩、第二课堂活动成绩以及就业情况方面将02、03级护理本科学生与英语护理本科学生进行比较,同时对在读的03、04、05级英语护理本科学生进行对本专业的自信度及课程设置、授课质量满意度问卷调查。结果4年制02级英语护理本科学生在医学及护理专业基础课成绩方面不如护理本科学生,其他方面都明显优于护理本科班;5年制的英语护理本科学生在调查的几个方面都优于护理本科班。结论民族地区开办英语护理专业本科教育是可行的,但需确定合理的培养目标,制订科学的教学计划,培养自主学习的能力。
Objective In order to investigate the possibility of undergraduate nursing education with English specialty in minority region. Methods Comparing the achievement of undergraduate nursing education students, controlled group (grade 2002 & 2003,126 subjects) and undergraduate nursing education with specialty, experimental group (same grade, 86 subjects) on CET 4 & 6, basic medical and nursing courses, outclass performance and employment, meanwhile, investigating the opinions of 139 subjects from grade 2003, 04 &05 of experiment group on present specialty, curriculum setting and school teaching by questionnaire. Results The achievement of grade 2002 experimental group(4 -year-education) are apparently better (except basic courses results) than that of the same grade controlled group(4-year-education) while the achievement of grade 2003 experimental group (5-year-education) are universally better than that of the same grade controlled one(4-year- education) and the students of experimental group are confident about the specialty and satisfied with present curriculum setting but are not very content with present bilingual teaching though they most welcome the setting of nursing English in the third year. Conclusion With sound educational goals, scientific curriculums and qualified teachers, undergraduate nursing education with English specialty in minority region is feasible.
