摘要
该文研究了表面处理剂对黑索金超细粉碎效果的影响。不同处理剂对超细成品粒度影响各异。通过微电泳仪测试了超细成品在不同pH值下的zeta电势,结果表明在某一pH值范围内某样品zeta电势的绝对值越大,则在该pH值范围内超细粉碎得到的该成品细粒部分比例越大。运用吸附机理、胶体稳定理论对其成因进行了解释。
The influence of modifiers on the cyclonite (RDX) superfine pulverizing results has been investigated in this paper. The particle size of the RDX depends on the kinds of modifiers. The zeta potential of the RDX particles was measured by microelectrophoresis. The results demonstrate that the higher absolute value of the particle zeta potential is,the bigger the ratio of the finer particles of the powder. The cause is explained by using the absorptive mechanism and the colloidal stability theory.
