摘要
目的探讨对胃癌行胃大部切除术的患者早期实施肠内营养的临床效果及相应护理措施。方法2006年1-5月对30例胃癌行胃大部切除术的患者实施早期肠内营养,采用鼻肠管术后早期输入能全力并进行相应护理。结果27例患者配合完成营养计划,创口愈合良好,未出现严重并发症,其余3例肠内营养不适,改肠外营养。结论胃大部切除术后早期肠内营养支持治疗是安全有效的,高质量的护理是保证营养计划顺利完成的关键。
Objective In order to know the clinical effects and counter measures for postoperative patients with gastric carcinoma by early using enteral nutrition. Methods Sclected 30 cases of gastrectomy patients useing enteral nutrition by nasal tube in the early operation. Results There were 27 patients obtaining successful enteral nutrition with little complications, while others were not fit for enteral nutrition. Conclusion Enteral nutrition in the early operation is safe and effective and high quality nursing play a very important role during enteral nutrition.
