摘要腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC）由于创伤小,术后切口疼痛轻,住院时间短及恢复快等优点而被临床广泛应用,但术后恶心、呕吐（postoperative nausea and vomiting,PONV）是影响患者术后早期恢复的重要原因之一。为减轻术后PONV反应的程度,本文对我院2006年10-12月收治的100例LC患者进行分组研究,探讨术后足三里穴位注射甲氧氯普胺对LC术后PONV的预防作用,现报道如下。
