摘要
该文实验研究了不同酸度条件下的焦亚硫酸盐溶液的染色效果,并测量了这些溶液的溶液电位随存放时间的变化。试验表明,焦亚硫酸盐试剂的着色速度随溶液酸度的增加而加快,这是由于酸度增加导致溶液电位的负移。但过量的酸化将使溶液急剧分解,而不能着色。随溶液配制后存放时间的增加,溶液电位不断正移,这与溶液的不断分解有关。溶液的搅拌会使溶液电位负移。因此该类试剂在应用时,控制溶液的存放时间与搅拌是重要的。
This paper researches experimentally the colour results of metabisulfite with various acid valve, and measuring the relation between solution electric potential and store time. Test results indicate colour speed of metabisulfite solution increases as acid valve(pH) dicreases because dicreasing acid valve leads to the solution electric potential moving negatively. But excessive acidating causes sudden resolution and solution doesnt colour. Due to solution resolution, electric potential moves positively as store time of compounded solution increases. Stiring makes the solution potential move negatively. When this solution is used, it is important to control store time and stiring.
