摘要
该文提出在用户环路中采用1.3μm-ELED单模光纤传输系统的观点,对侧面发光二极管(ELED)的光谱特性,辐射特性等进行研究,建立了分析1.3μm-ELED单模光纤系统带宽能力的简化理论模型,其计算结果与有关文献给出的结论具有很好的一致性,并讨论了此类系统用于用户环路中的可行性与优越性。
The idea of using 1.3μm ELED single mode fiber optic transmission system is used in the subscriber loop is presented in this paper. We make a thorough study of the ELED characteristics of spectrum and radiation.A simple model of bandwidth power of 1.3μm ELED single mode fiber optic transmission system is proposed in this paper. The calculation results are in good agreement with the conclusions given by other references. Then the feasibility and superiority of this kind of system used in the subscriber loop is discussed.
