小颗粒吸附固定床中液体轴向扩散研究

The Axial Dispersion for Liquid in Fixed Bed Packed with Small Particles

测定了小颗粒固定床吸附器中的液体轴向扩散系数，提出轴向扩散系数与颗粒大小和流速的关联式，证明了有吸附存在时该关联式仍然适用．说明了小颗粒低流速时轴向扩散对传递过程的影响不可随意忽略。

Liquid axial dispersion data in packed bed with small particles were determined and the relationship between the axial dispersion coefficient and the size of particle and velocity was suggested. The relationship and other experimental results from the present work may be suitable for adsorption bed with porous adsorbent particle. An example about adsorption process of phenol on TBP extracting resin was given for illustrating the effect of axial dispersion on resistance of mass transfer.
