摘要
盘式制动器闸瓦的温升直接影响工作效率和制动系统的可靠性,由于各种不确定性因素的影响,闸瓦热流输入是一个随机过程.本文把随机热传导应用于研究闸瓦温升问题,进行了闸瓦温度场的一维解析分析,较好的描述了在制动过程中不同时刻闸瓦沿厚度方向的温度分布以及温度场的随机特性。
Temperature increment of the brake shoe directly affects the effectiveness and reliability of the brake system. Because of various indeterminable effects,the heat input of the brake shoe is a random process. Stochastic heat conduction is used in analyzing the temperature increment. The characteristic numbers of the temperature fields during braking processes are investigated by one dimension analytical method,some practical conclusions are obtained.
