摘要
当处理载荷历程时,提出了除统计出载荷循环外还需要用分段装箱方法记录载荷顺序效应.在编制疲劳谱时,利用人工智能方法,对各顺序效应箱进行搜索,并依据雨流计数原则,把循环逐级插入载荷序列中.这种编谱方法能使疲劳谱与原历程的循环计数统计结果完全一样,还能保证载荷顺序效应与原历程等同.
Besides counting up loading cycles,it still needs to record loading sequence effects by dividing loading history into phases and putting them in cases as loading history is treated. When constructing fatigue spectrum,search out the cysles used in the cases with sequence effects by applying artificial intelligence,then insert them a level and a level in loading sequence on the basis of rainflow cycle counting. Using this method of construction,fatigue loading spectrum can not only have the same results of cycle counting as original loading history but also have the same loading sequence effects.
