摘要
采用单道次压缩实验方法,在Gleeble-1500热模拟机进行了NbTi微合金钢高温热变形行为以及奥氏体动态再结晶组织演变规律的研究.在实验基础上,根据Zener-Holomon方程导出关于Z值与峰值应力、临界应变之间的关系,求出变形激活能为353kJ/mol.
The hot deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of a NbTi microalloyed steel were investigated by single compression test in Gleeeble 1500 hot simulator. Based on the σ ε curve,the relationship between Z,ε c and σ p was determined and the activation energy for hot deformation was calculated from Zener Hollomon expression. Finally,the deformation resistance expression was regressed by Marquardt method.
