系统介绍了用C语言开发工业企业管理决策支持系统（EMDSS）的过程，重点论述了该系统软件包开发的4个阶段──系统分析、系统设计、编码调试、软件测试及其开发技巧，该系统在长城铝业公司成功地得到了运用，为该公司的经营决策提供了科学的依据，并取得了良好的经济效果。该系统为一通用的企业管理决策支持系统，具有友好的人机界面、可操作性强、可移植性好等特点，对企业管理的现代化及经营决策的科学化具有重要的意义。该系统适用范围广，可在全国推广使用。

This paper systematically describes the developing process of EMDSS in C language, and focusses on discussing the four processes of the system──system analysis, system design, code debug and test of software and developing technique. The system has been used successfully in Chang Cheng Aluminium Industry Company. The system provides the scientific basis for management decision of the company, and acquires high economic efficiency. The system is a common EMDSS system. It has some characters such as amicable human computer interface, easy operation, easy transplanting and so on. It is very important in the modernization of enterprise management and scientific management decision. The system can be used widly. It can be applied and disseminated all over the country.
