摘要
向业主单位和承建单位提供建议,是信息工程监理的重要工作之一,也是监理服务成功与否的关键。本文在理论分析的基础上,应用粗糙集的属性约简算法,对信息系统服务质量进行评价,提炼出提高客户满意度的关键指标项。有助于监理单位进行客观、公正和科学的分析,以提出更精准、更具有针对性的建议。
It is one of the important tasks for supervisors to provide owners and operators with proposals during information engineering surveillance. This paper proves that rough set is one of the basic theories of information engineering surveillance on the basis of thcory analysis and case study. Attribute reduction of rough sets helps supervisors analyze impersonally, fairly, and scientifically. Therefore supervisors can provide more extractive proposals.
