摘要
本文系统地研究了烟草中烟碱的水蒸气蒸馏的适宜条件及烟草中烟碱的定量分析方法.提出了在碱性条件下将烟草浸泡12h以上用水蒸气蒸馏法收集700~800mL蒸出液,即可收集到95%以上的烟碱.分别用酸碱滴定法和紫外光谱法测定其烟碱含量,通过比较。
In this paper, we study systematically the method of quantitative analysis of nicotine and the proper conditions for water vapour distillation of nicotine in tobacco. The content of nicotine is respectively determined by the titration with acid and base and the ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The latter is quick and exact.
