Technology Progress and Economic Analysis on Preparation of Ethyl Acetate from Ethanol through Dehydrogenation

摘要 介绍乙醇脱氢法制备乙酸乙酯的原理和工艺,对其催化机理和催化剂的选择以及分离工艺进行了讨论。并将脱氢法与传统的酯化法进行了比较,脱氢法的成本要低于酯化法,且其实际收率达到了82%,超过酯化法的76.9%。最后分析了国内的乙醇脱氢装置的引进情况以及清华大学的乙醇脱氢装置的经济性,并对国内乙醇脱氢的技术进展进行了介绍。 The theory and technology for preparation of ethyl acetate from ethanol through dehydrogenation were introduced, the catalytic mechanism, selection of catalyst and separation technology was discussed also. As compared with traditional esterification, the cost of dehydrogenation was lower than that in process of esterification, and the actual yield reached 82% over 76.9% in esterification. Finally, the situations of introducing foreign facilities for ethanol dehydrogenation into China and the economic benefit of ethanol dehydrogenation unit designed by Tsinghua University were analyzed, and the progress of ethanol dehydrogenation technology in China were introduced.
