摘要
建立了描述铸造合金凝固过程补缩机理的数学模型,并应用数学模型对一些铸造方法的补缩效果进行了比较,表明金属型差压铸造是补缩能力最强的一种铸件成型方法.
The mathematical model of feeding mechanism in the solidification
process of casting alloy is established.The feeding effects of some casting methods are compared
by means of the mathematical model and it concluds that the permanent mold counter pressure
casting is the most efficient way of shaping. [
