新农村建设是一项伟大的事业,是一个庞大的系统工程,需要体制创新、资金投入和大量人才资源的支撑。文章着重分析了海南在新农村建设中存在的人才问题,探讨了破解人才瓶颈的有效途径,以期达到抛砖引玉之效果。

The construction of new rural areas is a great enterprise and a grand system project, which requires innovations in the mechanism, investments in fund and in talented personnel. This paper aims at analyzing the issue of talented personnel in the construction of new rural areas in Hainan and at probing into effective solutions to the problem of talented personnel shortage so as to solicit valuable opinions from others.
