Ho:YAG激光治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣49例的临床分析

摘要 目的:分析妊娠期尖锐湿疣的特点,探讨Ho:YAG激光治疗的疗效及预后。方法:Ho:YAG激光治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣49例(妊娠组)和非妊娠期尖锐湿疣49例(对照组),进行对比、回顾分析。结果:妊娠组,疣体为巨大型13例,占26.5%;泛发型14例,占28.6%,复发3次以上者26例,占53.1%;均高于对照组(P<0.05)。多次治疗后Ho:YAG激光治疗两组病例治愈率均100%,手术未致大出血,流产,早产,新生儿未发现明显畸形。结论:妊娠期尖锐湿疣易发展为巨大泛发型,易复发。Ho:YAG激光治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣安全可靠。 Objective: To observe the characteristics of condyloma acuminatum with pregnancy and study the curative effect, the prognosis treated by Ho: YAG laser. Methods: 49 cases with pregnancy suffered condyloma acuminatum (pregnant group) and 49 cases without pregnancy (control group) were analyzed retrospectively. Results: In pregnant group the patients with huge condyloma acuminatum were 13 cases(26.5 % ), with extensive condyloma acuminatum were 14 cases(28.6 % ) and 26 cases recurred more than 3 times. While the corresponding percent of the control group was lower (P〈0.05). After several treatments the curative rates of two groups were 100 % and no massive haemorrhage and abortion occurred. The malformed newborn was not founded. Conclusion: The condyloma acuminatum with pregnancy was easily become huge, extensive and recurrent. The treatment of condyloma acuminatum with pregnancy by Ho:YAG laser is effective and safe.
