摘要
观察曼迪森半导体激光治疗仪治疗环状混合痔术后伤口疼痛的临床疗效。195例患者随机分为两组,治疗组102例,术后伤口用激光仪照射;对照组93例,采用周林频谱仪照射。结果表明,治疗组在伤口疼痛、减轻水肿方面治疗组明显优于对照组,提示曼迪森半导体激光治疗仪有较明显的止痛和减轻伤口水肿的作用。
To observe the therapeutic efficiency of MDC semiconductor laser, 180 cases with postoperative wounds of circular mixed hemorrhoids were random divided into 2 groups. The treatment group （102 cases） was treated with semiconductor laser, and the control group （95 cases） used Zhou Lin spectrum analyzer. The postoperative pain and edema were observed. As re suits, in relieving pain and edema, the treatment group was superior to control group. Results show that MDC semiconductor laser has the effect of relieving postoperative pain and edema.
