摘要
目的研究白藜芦醇(resveratrol,Res)对人黏液表皮样癌细胞系MEC-1体外黏附、移动和侵袭的影响。方法用MTT比色法测定Res对MEC-1细胞粘附能力的影响,用Millicell-PCF培养系统测定Res对MEC-1细胞的移动性和侵袭性的影响。结果在1h和2h的粘附实验中,100μmol/L Res诱导的MEC-1细胞粘附率分别下降了23.42%和34.31%(P<0.05)。100μmol/L Res对MEC-1细胞体外移动和侵袭的抑制率分别为47.92%和47.25%(P<0.05)。结论Res对人黏液表皮样癌细胞MEC-1具有抗侵袭作用,Res可作为一种潜在的抗肿瘤转移药物或化学预防剂。
Objective To investigate the effects of resveratrol (Res) on the adhesion, motility, and invasion of human mucoepidennoid carcinoma cell line MEC-1 in vitro. Methods The adhesion ability of MEC-1 cells was investigated with MTF colofimetfic assay. The motility and invasion of MEC-1 cells were assayed by biopore membrane Millicell-PCF inserts culture system. Results The adhesion of MEC-1 cells treated with 100μmol/L Res for lh or 2h reduced by 23.42% and 34.31% (P 〈0. 05), respectively. The motility and invasion of MEC-1 cells treated with 100μmol/L Res reduced by 47.92% and 47.25% ( P 〈 0.05) ,respectively. Conclusion Res has an anti-invasion effect on human mucoepidennoid carcinoma cells in vitro, so it may be a potential antineoplastic against tumor invasion or a kind of chemopreventive agent.
