摘要
介绍了PC36型数字式导体电阻测量仪的设计特点和研制工作中所克服的技术难点。该仪表在测量范围及分辨力、测量灵敏度、测量电流的选择、测量准确度与稳定性、测量速度等方面的技术领先;并且增加了倍率电流测量、外部热电势平衡、反向电流测量和导线温度校正等实用性附加功能。该仪器全面符合修改版GB/T 3048.2"金属材料电阻率试验方法"和GB/T 3048.4"导体直流电阻试验方法"。经国家电线电缆质量监督检验中心和上海南洋电材有限公司分别用于型式试验和例行试验,能很好地满足使用要求,可作为升级换代的产品。
This paper presents the design characteristies of PC 36 digital conductor resistance instrument and the technical diffieuhies overcome in its development. This instrument takes lead in the scope of application, resolution, sensitivity of measurement, selecti,m of the measuring emrent, accuracy and stability of measurement and speed of ineasurement. Besides, it has additioual and praetical functiuns suth as measturement of doubling eurrent, equilibrium of external thermal electromotive force, measurement of reversed current and correction of the conductor temperature. The instrument complies with GB/T 3048.2 （revised） Test of Resistivity of Metallic Materials and G B/T 3048.4 Test of Conductor DC Resistance in every respect. The type tests by the National Supervision and Testing Centre tot Electric Wire and Cable and the routine tests by Shanghai-Nanyang Electrical Materials Co.. Ltd. proved that the developed instrument had matched well the application. Therefore, it may be used as an ＇upgraded product.
