摘要
为了研究多产品供应链库存控制问题,构建了一种网络模型,提出了一种解析方法求解模型的主要性能指标.该方法通过任务队列分解分析求解各节点的主要性能指标,通过合并输入流和分解输出流来连接网络中的各个节点.数值试验验证了文中所提方法的有效性.
The natural structure of multi-stage manufacturing and supply chain systems decides that inventory control plays a very important role in such systems. In real world, multiple types of products are manufactured at one location in real world industries. In order to study the inventory control of multiproduct supply chain, a network model of multi-class inventory queues for performance analysis of multistage supply chain networks with multi-product was developed. A job queue decomposition method was employed to analyze the major performance measures and an approach for aggregating input streams and separating output streams was proposed to link all the sites or nodes in the supply chain network. The numerical results show that the proposed method works well.
