摘要基于发展与创新的战略视角,运用核心竞争能力理论(Theory of the Core Competence),以高校学科为研究对象,探讨学科建设和学科交叉的概念与内涵,着重以学科资源整合、核心能力与竞争优势为切入点,分析高校学科核心竞争力的基本特征,探寻学科活动价值链上最具竞争优势的战略要素,建立高校核心竞争力评价指标体系。
