摘要
在移动磁场铸造下,移动磁场的大小对铝合金充型能力有显著的影响.试验结果表明:在移动磁场下ZL102铝合金充型能力明显提高.在采用不锈钢为底模,当电压在220~235 V时能产生适宜的磁场,使ZL102铝合金E型铸件充型完整.
Under traveling magnetic field casting, the effect of traveling magnetic field on the aluminum alloys mold - filling capacities is notable. The results show that under traveling magnetic field, ZL102 aluminum alloys mold-filling capacities are improved obviously. Using stainless steel as bottom mold, when voltage is between .220~235 V, adaptive magnetic field can be produced, mold - filling of ZL102 aluminum E model casting is perfect.
