摘要
以等空库系数法为基础,提出一种以弃水量最小为目标函数的小型水库群简易优化调度方法——分期空库系数法.将一个水文年度分为枯水期和丰水期两个分期,任一时刻某水库的空库系数反映了该水库在该时刻的供蓄水能力.时段初各水库分期空库系数的大小决定了库群中各库的蓄放水次序,在满足约束条件的同时时段末保持各库空库系数相等,由此实现水库群的优化调度.
Based on dynamic emptying storage coefficient method, a new optimal operation method for muhi-reservoir system-stage emptying storage coefficient method is introduced by least surplus water in this paper. A hydrological year is devided into rainy season and dry season, the emptying storage coefficient of a reservior at any time indicates the reservior's ability of water storage and supply at that time. The storage and supply orders of a multiple reservoir system are determined by the factor of every reservoir in the initial of a time interval, and the emptying storage coefficient of every reservior are kept equal at the end of the interval under constraints so as to realise the optimal operation of the multi-reservoir system.
