摘要
目的:在吗啡成瘾大鼠中观察吗啡成瘾与内啡肽含量变化的关系。方法:用放射免疫法分别测定神经核中β-内啡肽(β-EP)、亮氨酸脑啡肽(LEK)和强啡肽A(DynA)的含量,垂体和血浆中β-EP含量。结果:与对照组正常大鼠各指标值相比,成瘾状态大鼠中与依赖和戒断有关的脑神经核——伏隔核(Acc)中,β-EP、LEK的水平下降,DynA的水平上升,血浆、垂体的β-EP含量均升高。结论:在外源性吗啡作用下,机体这些内啡肽的改变与吗啡的依赖和戒断症状有关。
Objective:To observe the relationship between the changes of the endorphins contents and morphine addiction in the rats with morphine addiction Method:The contents of endorphins in neuronucleus,pituitary and plasma were measured with radioimmunoassay Result:As compared with those in normal rats (as control),in the rats with morphine addiction the contents of β endorphin(β EP),Leucine enkephalin(LEK) decreased significantly (P<0 01)in nucleus accumbens (Acc)that was related to morphine dependence and withdrawal syndroms,whereas the contents of dynorphin A (Dyn A) increased significantly (P<0 01) in Acc;The contents of β EP increased significantly (P<0 01) in pituitary and plasma Conclusion:The changes of endogenous opioid peptides induced by the effects of morphine administration might be related to morphine dependence and withdrawal syndrome
