本文通过对现有质量监督管理模式实践过程中存在的一些弊端和不足的分析,提出质量管理应该根据"大社会、小政府"的管理模式不断深化改革,并就改革的措施和要求进行粗浅探讨。

The paper focus on the malpractices and deficiencies which exist in the existing quality supervision pattern practice process, proposes that the reform of quality control should be unceasingly deepened according to the principle of ＂the big society, the small government＂. The paper also makes elementary discussion about the reform measure and request.
