浅析建筑屋面防水渗漏的原因及防治

Reason and Prevention of Leakage of Building Roofing Waterproof

建筑屋面防水是确保工程质量的一个重要环节,但多年来我国建筑屋面渗漏问题一直比较突出。要提高建筑屋面防水工程的质量,材料是基础,设计是前提,施工是关键,并加强管理维护。本文从材料质量、设计水平、施工技术、管理维护等方面分析了我国建筑屋面防水渗漏的原因,并提出了相应的防治措施。

Building roofing waterproof is an important part to insure the construction quality. However, the leakage problem of building roofing waterproof in our country is very pressing . In order to advancing the quality of roofing waterproof engineering, we should be aware of the fundamentality of material, design, construction and maintenance. The reason of roofing waterproof leakage in our country is analyzed in the following aspects： quality of material, construction technology, design level, management and maintenance etc. Finally the preventive measures are put forward.
