摘要
胚胎干细胞(ES细胞)具有自我更新、无限增殖、保持未分化状态和向所有三个胚层分化的潜能。ES细胞定向分化是一种高效的组织细胞再生手段,能避免由于未分化状态ES细胞残留而形成畸胎瘤的可能。避免动物源性制剂的污染、ES细胞的遗传稳定性、免疫原性以及社会和伦理因素是ES细胞安全而有效地应用于临床治疗前必须解决的问题。人ES细胞株的建立和分化研究是再生医学中一个全新且极具价值的领域。
Embryonic stem cells (ES cells) are unique cell populations with the ability of self-renewal, unlimited proliferation, multipotent differentiation and maintaining their undifferentiated state, Direct differentiation of ES cells is an efficient method of cell replacement to purge residual teratoma-forming cells. Before ES cells can be taken to clinical application, several obstacles need to be overcome including animal product contamination, heterogeneity, immunogenicity, social and ethical concerns. The isolation and differentiation of human ES cell lines can provide us a new insight into regenerative medicine.
