摘要
浙贝母种子在8~10℃低温下需要50天左右能够解除休眠;而在3~5℃低温下则需要80天。通过电泳方法分析了两种低温解除休眠过程中,浙贝母种子过氧化物酶同工酶的图谱变化。结果表明,随着低温的处理,种子一些原有的谱带加深,而且出现了一些新谱带。两种低温下过氧化物酶同工酶谱带的变化规律基本一致。
The relieving of seed dormancy for Fritillaria thunbergii required 50 days at 8~10℃ and 80 days at 3~5℃. During the relieving process, isoperoxidase pattern changes were studied by means of electrophoresis. The results showed that some new bands were detected, some original bands enhanced as the seeds were treated with a low temperature,and the changes of lsoperoxldase patterns were slmlar at two different low teperatures.
