Considerations on the Construction of Technology Innovation System in Chinese Information Industry

针对我国目前在科技创新体系建设中存在的问题,通过对世界各国科技创新特点的分析,结合我国信息产业发展的水平与现状,对信息产业科技创新工作的开展提出几点考虑。

This article discuses the problems existing in Chinese technology innovation system, analyses the characteristies of technology innovation in other countries, puts forward some considerations and suggestions for technology innovation, taking into aecount the actuality and development level of Chinese inforroation industry.
