摘要
目的用射频消融方法建立完全性房室传导阻滞动物模型。方法使用常规射频消融方法对5只猪的房室结区进行消融,术前预防性安装起搏器。观察其操作的成功率、并发症的发生情况。2周后处死动物,观察局部的损伤情况。结果手术后,5只猪心脏均为完全性房室传导阻滞,操作时间为(107±49)min,未出现并发症。术后观察2周,仍然为完全性房室传导阻滞,5只猪2周内全部存活。2周后处死见Koch三角处见平均大小1.12cm×1.51cm的损伤区,累及心内膜及内膜下心肌。结论使用射频消融的方法可快速、安全、有效建立完全性房室传导阻滞的猪动物模型,且无并发症,对动物心脏的影响小。为完全性房室传导阻滞动物模型的制作提供了一个简便方法。
Objectives To study the efficacy of experimental model establishment of complete atrioventricular blockage induced by radiofrequency catheter ablation. Methods The atrioventricular node of pig was ablated with radiofrequency ablation catheter, the successful rate and compliation of tissue injury in ablation region were observed. And before the procedure, the pacemaker was installed. Two weeks later, the pigs were killed and atrioventricular block areas were observed. Results Atrioventricular node ablation was performed successfully in 5 pigs, and complete atrioventricular blockage was achieved in all animals. The procedure time was (107±49) rain, no compilation occurred. With the two week follow-up, the complete atrioventricular blockage was persisted. In the Koch trigone area, the 1.12×1.51 cma injury area were observed, the endocardium and myocardium under endocardium were involved. Conclusions The experimental model of complete atrioventricular blockage can set up quickly and safely with radiofrequency catheter ablation.
