摘要
本文根据纳米量级核壳复合结构无机材料的发光性能的研究进展,从纳米材料的发展背景出发,首先提出纳米量子点与核壳型复合结构两个概念,然后分析两者结合得到的新兴复合材料的结构特性,着重总结了对该结构独特的发光现象的内在机理解释的合理性和局限性,并介绍了该领域中的主要模型对上述发光新现象的分析,特别强调界面态在内在机制中的重要性。
Based on progress in research the shining properties of inorganic nanophase materials with core-shell composite structure, one first introduces the two notions, that is, nanophase quantum dot and core-sheU composite structure. Then one analyzes the properties of the new structure combined by the two structures mentioned above, and concludes the rationality and localization of the explanations of its inner mechanical function to the particular luminescence phenomena of the structure. Moreover, one gives the analysis methods of the main models. Especially one emphasizes the importance of interface phase in its inner mechanical function . Finally, some suggestions in research direction are presented.
