改性乳化沥青在张石高速公路路面施工中的应用研究

Application of Modified Emulsified Asphalt in Construction of Pavement on Zhang-Shi Freeway

SBR改性乳化沥青做为高速公路下封层、粘层,是将乳化沥青的应用向前推进了一步。下封层、粘层是沥青路面结构的重要组成部分,改性乳化沥青做沥青路面连接层的胶结材料,使沥青面层抵抗自然因素和车辆荷载,弥补了普通沥青的先天性不足。从应用的角度,介绍了改性乳化沥青的组成、性能、使用及效果。

SBR modified emulsified asphalt is used for lower seal coat and tack coat of freeway and that makes a stride forward. The lower seal coat and tack coat are the important constituent parts of asphalt pavement structures. As binding material for linking layer of asphalt pavement, the modified emulsified asphalt makes the surface resist the natural factors and vehicle load, so complements the inherent shortage of average asphalt. From angle of application, the paper introduces the composition, performance, service and effects of emulsified asphalt.
