摘要
提出了采用变频器实现对注塑机的流量控制,避免了溢流损失,实现节能。介绍了变频调速节能装置的节能原理,注塑机节能改造的注意事项。
The application of converter contributes a lot to the control of flow mete, aiming at avoiding the loss and saving the energy. The paper introduces the principle of the frequency control, energy saving device, as well as the caution in the energy saving of injection molding machine.
