Influence of Low Pressure of Circuit Breaker Manipulation Mechanism on Protective Relaying and Countermeasures

分析了断路器的液压和气动操作机构中"压力低闭锁重合闸"回路的重要性,该回路缺失可能会发生非预期合闸,对断路器的安全和电网的稳定构成了威胁。针对存在的问题,提出了线路间隔断路器操作压力低闭锁重合闸回路的解决方案,明确了断路器操作机构压力和SF6气体压力低闭锁功能的实现方式。还对线路保护带断路器传动试验中的时序配合问题进行了简要分析。

This essay analyzes the importance of ＂low pressure lockup reclosing＂ loop in both hydraulic and pneumatic manipulation mechanism of circuit breaker. An unanticipated reclosing may occur without this loop, which will threaten the safety of circuit breaker and the stability of power grid. Aiming at the existing problems, a scheme for lockup reclosing by low operating pressure of the wire interval circuit breaker is brought out, and the realization method for low pressure of manipulation mechanism and SF6 gas blocking function in circuit breakers is defined. The scheduling cooperating problem in wire protection driving experiment with circuit breaker is analyzed briefly.
