摘要
以沸石为填料,采用吸附法构建了氧化亚铁硫杆菌的固定化生物反应器。运行结果表明,在初始pH=1.6、Fe2+浓度8.58 g/L、气体流量0.45 m3/h、液体流量0.3 L/h及温度为30℃的条件下,Fe2+氧化率可达94.76%,Fe2+平均氧化速率高达1.22 g/L/h;固定化细胞Fe2+的平均氧化速率是游离细胞的9.38倍。菌生Fe3+浸矿剂对铁闪锌矿的浸出表明,在初始pH=1.5、Fe3+浓度为8 g/L、温度为70℃的条件下浸出8 h,当矿浆浓度小于3%时,浸出率可达90%以上,其中矿浆浓度为1%时的浸出率高达95.18%。
The immobilization bioreactor was built with zeolite as support particles to adsorb thiobacillus ferrooxidans. The experiments showed that under such initial conditions as pH value of 1.6, Fe^2+ concentration of 8.58 g/L, air flow rate of 0.45 m^3/h, cyclic spraying liquid flow rate of 0.3L/h and temperature of 30℃, 94.76% of Fe^2+ could be oxidized and average oxidation rate of Fe^2+ was up to 1.22 g/( L·h) , and the average oxidation rate of ferrous ion ( Fe^2+ ) by immobilized cells was 9.38 times that by free cells. Under initial pH value of 1.6, Fe^3+ concentration of 8.58 g/L and temperature of 70℃, after eight hours stirring leaching with the Fe^3+ solution made by biochemical oxidation, the leaching rate of marmatite was above 90% when pulp density was 3%, the leaching rate marmatite was up to 95.18% when pulp density was 1%.
