The expressive objective oriented activity is designed by creating specific educational situation, then putting forward some opening tasks and evaluating the students＇ performance during the process. By summarizing what the expressive objective is, this paper illustrates the essence of the expressive objective oriented activity and demonstrates how to design it in web-ba sed environment.
