摘要
在教育信息化发展过程中,教师信息技术能力的提高和发展在很大程度上有赖于信息技术培训。本文旨在针对受训学员在培训前和培训中表现出的不同心理特征,通过较为广泛的调查分析,试图探析学员不同阶段心理变化的成因以及培训中存在的问题,以期找出相应的对策,使以后开展培训能取得更好的实际效果。
In the course of development of information in education. The improvement and development of teachers' ability of information technology depend to a large extent on information technology training. Through more extensive investigation and analysis, aiming at the different psychological profiles before the trainees and the training performance, this paper aims to analyze the causes of students' psychological changes in the different stages of training and the problems that exist in the training, Expecting to identify appropriate countermeasures, so that it can get better results in the future training.
