在教育信息化发展过程中,教师信息技术能力的提高和发展在很大程度上有赖于信息技术培训。本文旨在针对受训学员在培训前和培训中表现出的不同心理特征,通过较为广泛的调查分析,试图探析学员不同阶段心理变化的成因以及培训中存在的问题,以期找出相应的对策,使以后开展培训能取得更好的实际效果。
