摘要
采用程序升温还原法制备了WC催化剂,在做了表面氧修饰后对其进行了原位评价。评价结果表明,在θ=287℃、p=2.0 MPa、空速为1.0 h-1、n(H2)/n(n-C5)=4.0的条件下,正戊烷转化率达到64.31%,收率达到61.92%,选择率达到96.29%,液收率达到97.64%,其催化活性十分接近负载型贵金属催化剂,其选择性亦可与负载型的Pt催化剂相媲美。
WC catalyst was prepared by temperature-programmed reduction and was oxygen-modified on surface to do line evaluation. Results indicate that under the condition of 0 = 287℃, p = 2.0 MPa, SV = 1.0 h^-1 , n(H2)/n (n-C5) = 4.0 (molar ratio), conversion rate of n-pentane is 64.31%, yield of i-pentane is 61.92%, seleetivety of i-pentane is 96.29% and liquid product yield is 97.64%. The catalytic activity of WC is close to that of loaded Pt, and the selectivity of WC is equivalent to that of loaded Pt catalyst.
