结合化工学院多年毕业设计(论文)的实践,本文全面阐述了合理选题、发挥教师主导作用、调动学生主观能动性、加强综合训练,以及加长毕业设计(论文)时间等措施对加强过程管理,提高毕业设计(论文)质量的作用。

Based on the practical experience in School of Chemical Engineering, Dalian University of Technology, it cites the great importance of proper topic selection in the last link before the students＇ graduation. It also lays stress on cultivating the students＇ initiatives while the teachers＇ role must be fully displayed. That is, strengthening the comprehensive understanding of the students and prolonging the period of writing time. In this way the quality will be raised eventually.
