摘要
本文论述了在毕业论文(设计)中环节培养学生团队能力的几个方面。提出了一套在毕业论文(设计)指导环节提高学生团队能力的教学模式,同时对该环节提出了思考和建议。
Several key aspects of training teamwork spirits in guiding undergraduate＇s dissertation are discussed here. A set of teaching method on how to improve the students＇ teamwork spirits is put forward in guiding the dissertations.
