Analysis on Basic theories of State-owned Property Administration Legislation

目前,对国有资产管理立法的基础理论尚缺乏系统的分析和论述,本文认为,国有资产管理立法应以公共物品理论、现代企业制度理论、社会性管理理论作为其理论基础,并分别对公共物品理论、现代企业制度理论、社会性管理理论的基本内容及其对国有资产管理立法的基本要求做了分析和论述,以期为我国国有资产管理立法提供基础理论指导,并有助于我国国有资产管理立法实践。

Up to now, the legislation of state- owned property administration is lack of systematic analysis and demonstration. The author considers that, in order to provide basic theoretic guide for state -owned property administration and contribute to state- owned property administration legislation practice, state- owned property administra- llon legislation should based on publie things theow, modern enterprise system theory, and social administration theory as well, and demonstrated its basic content and requirement on state -owned property administration.
