On the Level of Protection of Intellectual Property

基于国情考虑,中国应采取适度及动态的知识产权保护水平,并且这一选择应体现在目前正在制定的国家知识产权战略中。对知识产权保护水平的研究,既要进行定性分析,又要进行定量分析,但现有的分析方法仍有诸多缺陷。

In consideration of its national conditions, China should adopt a moderate and dynamic level of intellectual property protection, and this choice should be reflected in the ongoingformulated State Intellectual Property Strategy. The study on the level of intellectual property protection asks for both qualitative and quantitative analyses; however, the current analytical methods are still defective in some aspects.
