摘要
采用脉冲CO2激光,对离体猪颞骨组织进行了消融实验研究.辐照用激光功率从1 W逐渐增大到22 W,重复频率为60 Hz,光斑直径为1.40 mm.样品辐照后,用读数显微镜和光学相干层析成像(OCT)技术对弹坑形态特征进行测量,结果表明,脉冲CO2激光能够有效消融骨组织.实验获得消融弹坑直径和消融深度随激光能量密度的变化关系,并确定脉冲CO2激光对猪颞骨的消融阈值范围为16~21 mJ/mm2.
Investigations on ablation of porcine temporal bone with pulse CO2 laser in vitro are presented. Laser power of irradiation varied from 1 to 22 W,pulse repetition rate was 60 Hz and spot size on the tissue surface was 1.40 mm. Morphologic characteristics of the ablation craters were measured by use of both reading microscope and optical coherence tomography (OCT) afer irradiation. The reslts revealed that CO2 laser was capable of ablating bone tissue. The experiments also obtained the trend of crater diameter and depth with energy density and found the ablation threshold in an energy density range of 16-21 mJ/mm^2.
