摘要
在纺机上广泛采用的固定位置偏置圈条筒式圈条器存在着一个明显的缺点,其铺放的条子在气孔和条筒壁附近形成局部密度很高的区域,使铺放的均匀程度很差,影响条筒容量.改进的办法之一是采用能使其偏距(即偏置距离)作周期性变动的机构,以达到移密就疏,从而改善铺放均匀程度和增大条筒容量的效果,在某些机台上约可增加10%~15%的条子容量.这里对此作了定量分析和对比.
In certain kinds of textile machinery for the producing of slivers such as carding engine, comber or drawing frame, the most widely used coiler mechanism is the offset type coiler with respect to the can center of fixed offset eccentricity. There are shortcomings in the performance of such traditional types of coiling-up motion, one of which is that in the regions adjacent to the central hole and to the can wall, their local laying densities(i.e., the mass distribution of coiled sliver per unit projection area within the can) are much greater than the average laying density of the whole layer. Obviously, this will reduce the packaging evenness of the sliver coiling and the packaging capacity of the can. Now an attachment of can base traversing motion mechanism can be applied to solve this problem by shifting and evenning out the sliver from thicker regions to thinner regions periodically, which can increase the can capacity by about 10%-15% in certain typical cotton comber, in various practical situations as claimed by certain machine builder. In this paper, we have analyzed and dealed with this problem theoretically to show its advantageous effect.
