墨子处理国家关系的国际法思想

Expounding The International Law of MOZI Dealing with The Relationship Between Countries

国家之间不论大小、贫富、强弱,在国际关系中都应遵守平等互利、和平共处、不使用武力或武力威胁等国际法的基本原则。墨子的兼爱、非攻、交相利、以及强不执弱、富不侮贫的国与国关系处理准则,与上述国际法原则有明显暗合之处。墨子的这些思想,对于我们今天处理国与国之间的关系来说仍下失其现实意义。

Whether it is large or small, wealthy or poor, strong or weak, every country should stick to the fundamental rules of international laws, such as equality and mutual benefit, peaceful coexistence,not employ force or armed might. Universal love, not taking the offensive, mutually beneficial are the diplomatic norms of Mozi dealing with the relationship between two countries. And these norms are obviously the same as the above--mentioned international law. These ideas, as to we dealing with the relationship between two countries today, don＇t yet lose such actual sense.
