摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法对骨友灵贴膏中延胡索乙素的含量进行测定,以控制产品的质量。方法:反相高效液相色谱法。SHIMADZUshim-packVP-ODS柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH值至6.0)(55∶45)为流动相,检测波长280nm。结果:延胡索乙素进样量在0.02～1.0μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数0.999999,回收率98.7%,RSD2.3%(n=6)。结论:本法简单、灵敏可用于骨友灵贴膏的质量控制。
Objective .An HPLC method was used to determine the content of Corydalis in Guyouling Plaster to control the quality. Methods ：RP-HPLC method was used, SHIMADZU shim-pack VP-ODS column ; mobile phase ： methanol-0. 1% of phosphoric acid （adjusted pH to 6.0 with triethylamine）（55 ：45）;detective wavelength： 280nm. Results：The linear relationship was good in the range of 0. 02- 1.0mg for Corydalis with coefficient 0. 999999. Recovery rate was 98.7% with RSD 2.3% （n =6）. Conclusions ： This method was simple and sensitive and could used to control the quality.
