摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定感冒软胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.2mol/L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液(用磷酸调节pH值至2.7)(42∶58)为流动相,流速;1.0mL/min,检测波长为275nm。结果:黄芩苷在0.10～1.00μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9994。平均回收率98.46%,RSD=0.45%(n=5)。结论:本方法测定感冒软胶囊中黄芩苷的含量准确、方便、专属性强。
Abstract Objective ：An HPLC method was established for the determination of Baicalin in Ganmao Soft Capsule. Method：Using HPLC method with C18 （250mm ×4-6mm, 5μm）column,methanol-0. 2mol/L sodium dihydrogen buffer solution（adjust the pH to 2. 7 with phosphoric acid） （42 ： 58）as the mobile phase;the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 275nm. Result：The calibration curve of Baicalin was linear in the range of 0.10-1.00μg. The average recovery of Baicalin was 98.46% ,RSD = 0. 45 % （n = 5）. Conclusion ： The method is convenient ,precisive and selective for determination of Baicalin in Ganmao Soft Capsule.
