摘要
以棉籽油为抽提剂,从香紫苏枝叶中抽提了油溶性成分。该抽提油作为食品抗氧剂,进行了抗氧效果的评价。试验表明该抽提物具有一定的抗氧性。
Oil soluble Solvia Sclarea L extract were made by extracting in cotton seed oil The test of antioxidation of the extract was carried out The results have shown that the extract is better antioxidant.
